Whether you are familiar with our School or are learning about us for the first time, we are pleased that you are considering enrolling your daughter at Wilderness.

Before registering your daughter, as a first step, you may wish to learn more about our School.

We invite you and your family to meet current students and teachers and experience their learning environment on a School Tour. You are also welcome to attend other Wilderness events such as Raising Amazing Girls seminars and Art Exhibitions that are organised throughout each year.

Playgroup

We invite girls and boys aged 0 – 3 to meet weekly with their parents during the school term.

At Playgroup, you will have the opportunity to meet other parents and interact with our community prior to starting in the Early Learning Centre.

Early Learning Centre

Our Early Learning Centre is for 3 and 4-year-old girls.

We suggest completing the Early Learning Centre Application Form 18 months prior to her intended commencement.

A non-refundable fee of $100 is required at the time you wish to submit your application form. This registration will place your daughter on a waiting list for the requested year level and year of entry. You are not obligated to accept a place when it is offered, but enrolments are strictly limited.

Should you want your daughter to continue at Wilderness after she has completed her Early Learning journey, please complete and submit the Reception to Year 12 Application Form at the same time.

Reception to Year 12

If you would like to apply for your daughter to attend Wilderness School, we suggest completing the Reception to Year 12 Application Form three years prior to her intended commencement.

Visit our school

In February two years prior to your daughter’s commencement, your family will be invited to visit the School and meet your daughter’s relevant Head of School.

Parents interested in enrolling their daughter in the Boarding House are encouraged to arrange a time for her to visit the School and experience a night in the boarding facilities. Our Academic Registrar is happy to make these arrangements for you.

Letter of Offer

We are pleased to offer positions at Wilderness two years prior to commencement.

If your daughter is offered a position at Wilderness, she will be sent a letter of offer in March two years prior to her commencement.

If her commencement date is sooner, she will receive her letter according to her individual entry date.

Stay in Touch

Upon submission of your daughter’s application you will receive our biannual Wilderness Times magazine.

We hope this enables you to keep in touch with what is happening at the School. This is in addition to invitations to upcoming School events.
