Wilderness is committed to designing and delivering high quality professional learning, which will enrich our teachers’ capacity to apply deep pedagogical and disciplinary knowledge in flexible and innovative ways.

Our Catherine Ye Fellowship provides teachers with the opportunity to complete research/study projects with global experts at the national and international level.

They participate in professional learning that is targeted, collaborative and future focused and enhances their capacity to design programs that are implemented across all years of schooling and which focus on the knowledge and capabilities for our girls to thrive.

Together, we are able to build upon our community of professional practice that privileges a growth mindset and supports teachers to reflect on, question and consciously improve their practice.
