Through the benevolence of current and past parents, old scholars, staff, students and friends of the School, we continue to grow our endowment to ensure financial stability, opportunity and intergenerational equity for future generations.
The Misses Brown left a strong and exemplary legacy of giving. Remembered and revered for their good deeds and benefaction, the School’s culture of philanthropy embodies its founding spirit and the values of the Misses Brown.
The Wilderness School Foundation was established in 1985 and, since then, has assisted the School in transforming not only the landscape of Wilderness, but the lives of our students. In addition to raising funds for the Brown Sisters’ Memorial Entrance Scholarship, it has been instrumental in helping to fund many of our important capital works projects. With this support, the School has been able to create a learning environment that enables our girls to develop the skills they will need to succeed well into the 21st century.
As an independent school we are reliant upon the philanthropic generosity of the wider community. To contribute to the Foundation and help create a transformative educational experience for our girls, click here.
