Generative AI has the potential to support learning, but when it removes the effort of thinking altogether, it can also remove the very challenge through which learning occurs. By teaching girls to think first and use AI with discernment, we help them develop the critical thinking and confidence to stay with difficult problems and do the intellectual work that allows their minds to grow.
