A supernova is a phenomenon where two stars collide. I like to think that happens in a positive way on a daily basis, here at Wilderness. Our girls are all stars, in their unique and individual ways and we encourage them to celebrate these facets of themselves continuously.

Welcome back to Term 4 and to a time of real celebration as we farewell our Year 12s and begin to wind up the year.

This year has been a year of looking back, and celebrating our history, but also one of looking forward to the coming years and how we can guarantee an exceptional future of learning for our girls today and for the many Wildy girls to come.

Our 140th year has been one of celebration and reflection, as well as looking at our heritage as a map for our future.

As Olympic fever has swept the world, I have been reflecting on the significance of this major event for our girls.
