Junior School Sports Day
What a fantastic day we had at our annual Junior School Sports Day. The sun was shining on what was a colourful and energetic spectacle. We had a wonderful showing from our Wilderness community and their families. The girls competed in an outstanding display of our core values throughout the day and showed a terrific spirit for competition. As always, it is so lovely to see our reception girls enjoy their first Sports Day.
Days like this don’t happen without the outstanding work behind the scenes from many staff and the wonderful support from our Parents & Friends community.
I’d like to thank the Sport Staff, especially Deb Jarret and Derek Woodcock as well as Bec Keller and Travis Henderson from the PE team. I’d also like to thank the rest of the Junior School staff who ensured our girls had a smooth and enjoyable day.
Lastly, thank you also to the parents and family members who came out to support, and created such an exciting atmosphere.
