On Week 9 of Term 2, the Senior Open Girls Football team played in the Statewide Semi Final vs Henley.
Our girls fought valiantly in blustery conditions and were storming home, kicking the last 4 goals of the game, but unfortunately just fell short by 7 points.
Final score Henley 6.10 46 - 6.3 39 Wilderness.
The girls should all be extremely proud of the way they competed against a strong Henley team and for reaching the Semi Finals of this state-based competition!
