Year 2 Outdoor Education Trip
On Tuesday 4 May, our girls were incredibly excited to surprise their mums/special adults with gifts and cards they had made for them in class ahead of Mother’s Day. A light breakfast then followed this lovely surprise shared together in our outdoor spaces. Many of our youngest girls counted down the days to this important event, which was thankfully met with pleasant weather. It was truly heart-warming to observe this occasion in our learning environments. Special moments of joy, gratitude and love could be seen reflected in the eyes of our mothers/adults and daughters as the gifts and breakfasts were shared.
Thank you very much to those of you who attended our breakfast, and a very special thank you to the staff team who worked incredibly hard to prepare for this event.
Upcoming Event - Fluffy Friday
On Friday 28 May, Week 6, the Junior School Citizenship Committee have organised a Fundraising Casual Day. The theme for the day is ‘Fluffy Friday’ to celebrate the arrival of the cooler weather. Please keep in mind the girls will need to have appropriate shoes/attire for outside play and PE lessons. We would be grateful if all students who participate bring in a gold coin donation. All money raised will go to the Bhadure School in Nepal. Due to COVID-19, we are unfortunately unable to sell any food or items on the day.
